As much as I was banned from watching Yizo Yizo in primary school I managed to get a dvd of both seasons and I learnt alot from it made me make some important decisions in life and its something I would proudly let my children watch and learn the realities of life from. SA needs shows like Yizo Yizo , Gaz'lam and Soul City for the youth
We need to promote this channel as much as we can. These guys are doing fantastic work with through and indepth research research on all their contents. Keep up the great work guys. Much love
When i was younger i was banner from watching this show and up until now, thanks to your video, i never knew the politics as too why! So firstly, thank you for explaining why so many of our parents were opposed to the show. 2ndly, sheeeesh!!!! It really really reflected what the experiences of black youths in townships! I just wish we focused on the realities experienced so we could fix them before they ballooned to what they are now! I didnt care much for the show but after watching this, its right up on my list now. Thanl you!!

Yizo Yizo ruined our high school experience. It made kids from the townships act rowdy and literally changed people's behaviors infront of my eyes. I was in grade 10 when this kak came out. I know this is an unpopular opinion and I'm a Black South african but I was in shocked at my schoolmates behavior after this came out😢
Nna kere yizo yizo 1 Yes there were problems in townships schools back then. but They would sometimes go extream violence and unrealistic on yizo yizo. But that is bomb production they always create violent black shows. Kids looked up to bo papa action le bo chester eseng bo javas le thiza
