to be clear "big cat" is a category of animal which excludes the regular house cat, similar to how humans belong to category of "great apes" excluding lesser apes like gibbons
(afaik she hasn't specified which subspecies of big cat she is, probably a human hybrid anyway like most other animal-inspired hololivers)
She does have 4 ears... two human ones and two "big cat" ones.
She's said before, in their first ever Justice collab, that she is in fact a panther, nothing more specific than that, but still a bit more specific than just 'big cat'.
@saxdraw being a panther is not really more specific, since it just means she's a member of the Panthera genus as there is not a species called panther. Roara could either tiger, lion, jaguar, leopard or snow leopard or any of their subspecies.
Bonus fact - black pather just refers to any member of panthera genus with above normal amounts of melatonin. Similarly there are "pink panthers" that display erythrism or simply put - unusual red pigmentation

The tail implies one of the subspecies of Panthera uncia, the Snow Leopard. Basically every other member of the Panthera genus has a much slimmer tail.

Actually surprisingly, it is how it works with a cat allergy. Most of their dander actually comes from their saliva, so if you bathe them with soap and water, you drastically reduce the allergens involved.
I have a pet dander allergy, but I'd suffer for Raora.

I think i heard from somewhere that if you're allergic to cats you're not technically allergic to the cat itself but rather to the cat's saliva instead but since they lick themselves soo much you might as well be soo if Raora uses the Shower instead of licking her self to bathe you should be fine

Apparently what people are allergic to is dander, which is basically microscopic skin flakes. There's a certain protein in the skin of the cat that some people are sensitive to. Though, it seems that they tend have a less severe reactions to big cats.
Don't all cats produce the allergen fel d 1? I don't think being a big cat means you do not, Waowa! XD
Google tells me that people with cat allergy also react to big cats, but not as much.
