As a Chelsea fan of 50 years I've seen the good and the bad and for those young fans trust me this is nowhere near the bottom. As for the future we have no money so what we have is it. If fit the addition of James Colwill Nkunku Fofana and Lavia could make a big impact. Also factor in more experience for some of the younger players and things may change. Maybe we sell and can add 1 or 2 but they won't be 100m signings. Looking at the last 2 that may be a good thing. Poch isn't going anywhere so accept it. KTBFFH. Wouldn’t say he is far better overall tbh deffo more technically sound and better going forward but rice is always there when you need him, never falls asleep and always wants the ball. Rice has given this defence the confidence that partey doesn’t but partey gives the attack that little bit extra going forward, imo they compliment each other perfectly.

I disagree with dayo. I don't think we manged the team well and I don't think city are marginally better than us. We should have used partey against bayern and villa. If we did I doubt we lose those games. It was a mistake. Partey is a cheat code, he needs to play even at 60%. Play him and rice, we win. It's that simple, nothing else matters.
Chelsea will be lucky to get £200/230 million back of the £1 billion they have spent.
