    It's not targeting minority communities, it's the fact that a high rate of crimes occur in minority communities. My son attends Temple University, and I'm signed up for TU Alerts via text. I receive at least two alerts every other day of shootings, assaults and robberies taking place behind North Broad Street, 1600 block and up.

    I wish I could enjoy this, but my constitutional and property rights have been denied repeatedly. I’ve been singled out on the block while many of my neighbors continue to violate codes. Been falsely accused of being of being transgender as well as denied proper medical attention amongst many other things.
