Re-rendered and optimized for high-definition (from interlaced to progressive), and subsequently re-optimized for video streaming.
This is Season 1, Episode 8, directed by Hal Sutherland and produced by Norm Prescott, and Lou Scheimer, a multi-media film of the kids performing in front of a live audience, with various slapstick jokes (thunderbolt theatre), music jokes (jukebox jokes), Ethel trying to capture Jughead, Betty and Veronica trying to get Archie's attention at a park and him instead paying attention to a basketball game (he brought a whole television to a park, why), all while Reggie tries to get their attention, and a bear hijacking the television, Jughead getting into a fight with an oil-based painting, and three songs, Dance, Sunshine (from the seventh episode), and One Big Family, an anti-racism song (like eggs).
This episode was included in the Archie's Funhouse Series DVD boxset from 2008.
Video extracted from DVD and converted to .mkv using MakeMKV, de-interlaced and upscaled using Handbrake, and edited with Black Magic Davinci Resolve.
