How to put a claw clip in your hair with one hand

Hi Welcome to Chiara's One-Handed Life
In today's video, I thought I would show you how to put your hair in a claw clip with one hand. I was not able to think of a way where you could just do it with a claw clip, so I had to do a low ponytail first, as I wasn't able to gather all the hair and hold the claw clip at the same time with one hand, so this is the best way I found to do it if you have any other ideas. Some of you may struggle with this as Hemiplegia and cerebral palsy affects everybody differently. So don't be discouraged if you can't do it the first time I'm sure you will be able to find a way. I hope this helps and I Hope you enjoy the video.

Really great idea
I have Cerebral Palsy that affects my right side and a way I would say to use just a claw clip is twist it up like how you do your ponytails but use the wall to hold it whilst you’re putting the clip in. I think it would work really well. Hopefully this all makes sense

Thank you I fractured my right wrist and then developed a frozen shoulder and have been struggling like you wouldn’t believe (still 8 months later have only slight rotation ) I have to tie my hair up for work not funny with one hand. Your a star x
