So I tried making this bear for a upcoming baby shower. I did it the same way you did and the head stilts to the side and the feet, arms, and ear start to unwind. Do you have any tips on how to fix that?

Sno Dov I was wondering the same. I found online that you can use double sided tape but I am not a fan of tape placed directly on diapers.
I agree, K Love, tape would more than likely rip the diaper.

How do you attach the eyes and nose?
I use double sided tape to attach the nose and eyes. sometimes you can find the eyes that already have a sticky back side.

Can you make an elephant diaper cake? I have two friends who are having babies and both of their themes are elephants. I assume it would be very similar to this diaper cake but with a longer nose and bigger ears. :)

What if you roll each diaper and cover them with yellow socks or baby wash cloths? Another idea would be to make the pot out of diapers and then fill it with items to resemble the gold inside?

holly rupp... u can use diapers to make the trunk ... a larger diaper rolled the longer way....with pipe cleaner inside
