I don't even fight the guys in the opera house crate room. I just hit the switch as soon as I enter the room and make my way to the door on top of the crates.
Separate question aswell m8 because im playing with only pistols and doing the crazy golf trophy. In the floating island level where you flip the switch and the 2 guards come alive (but they cant levitate) do you need to kill them aswell for the on equal terms trophy? I didnt have the health or medi packs to finish them off lol
@CroccodiIe it's alright I got it anyway when I jumped to the lower bridge to dodge the boulders you can climb back up the ledge and shoot them from afar. I ment the 1s who don't levitate who runs around with the spears lol
Wow sorry to spam 😅 in home sweet home do you already unlock the trophy for using only pistols? As the only weapon you get in that level is the shotgun?
@@CroccodiIe I answered all my own questions in the end lol got the hard boilded trophy and everything I asked you I found a work around. So I can confirm you can use flares. I've just had to message aspyr who created tomb raider because upon completion I have 584 pick ups out of 585 🤯 fuming is an understatement. I've screen shoted every level and it is a glitch as on the monistary level there were 2 eniemes lying next to each other and instead of picking up the items twice. She picked it up once. I thought it was strange. Saved the gameplay footage etc. At the end of the level it still give me the 49 pick-ups so that's all I can think it to be. I will wait to get a reply buts it's p**sed me off as I wanted to try and be in the 1st 50 platinum acheivers which is hard when I have a wife and 2 children 😅 but I've gone it a really good crack with only a few misulanious trophy's left and the speed run
@@Jayshep90 very much appreciated, so flares can be used 👍. Damn that’s rough but l could have sworn to get double pickups as it’s not uncommon to kill enemies in same position. You know of the x2 pickups behind the boxes in monastery, one on top, one on bottom?
@@CroccodiIe ye I got them all I got 49 out of 49 I was struggling with that 1 for a while tbf though lol if it's not a glitch then I missed 1 item in venice or great wall an I doubt it very much there was only 14 pick ups in great wall an I can swear I wouldn't continue until the end screen said I had all pick ups but there the only 2 levels I didn't screen shot
It was in the original game, you just can’t press x on the slots for it to automatically bring up the menu need to stand in front and press select then do it, for all of them. Saves a lot of time
I don’t see why it wouldn’t but ng+ would be almost impossible to do speedrun, it’s brutal and only way to get medipacks is getting every secret in each level, there are sections where it’s so unfair
@CroccodiIe I'm just abit pissed off about them glitching my collectibles lol I only need ng plus and speed run for plat near enough now but looks like I'm going to have 2 do a speed run separate and get all collectables on NG+ but 4 me that's like a 10hr playthrough
Should've tried to get all trophies that you could on first run, including finishing the game with lara's pistols and not missing any collectibles. Then, do either the speedrun or NG+ can't do both at the same time as difficulty is insane on NG+
@handsomeDRAC that's what I did, it glitched me out of a collectable 584 out of 585. I'm just doing new game plus and my speed run simultaneously on normal mode

No needs to be a single playthrough and gives you the overall time at very end

Yes that way is better, l just messed up the jump by the swinging crate and decided to just go with it 😂

I have tried the prayer wheel glitch on the PS4 edition and it doesn't work not sure if after patch 2 it was fixed

Yes need to kill then when they on ground, and can’t damage them when they in air or won’t count

I got around 3hours 50mins using pistols and these skips too. The pistols only should unlock after dragons lair level, before home sweet home

What time did you do it in the end m8?
the start of the video says under 4hrs but the trophy needs under 6hrs.
