Better Than Takeout Easy Beef Lo Mein Recipe using Spaghetti Ninja Speedi

Easy Beef Lo Mein
half box of spaghetti broke in half and layered
completely cover with water or broth
add 1lb of seasoned shaved beef on top of spaghetti
(I used 1/2 but 1lb would be better)
add a drop of oil
steam for 16 min
put in sear and saute high & add frozen bag of stir fry and stir fry sauce and mix on off for 4-6min

I made a variation of this today, but a larger batch for my week of lunch for work. Had to play around with the amount of liquids involved, but got it down. Really good recipe and I really can't say enough about how good the Speedi is.

I followed this perfectly with this exception, used marinade antelope back strap and grilled it for 1 min each side on hot grill. Cut it up bite size then followed everything you did.
Turned out freaking fantastic!

I find it minimalistic. It has been the only kitchen appliance I have used since purchasing it....except for my toaster. It's amazing what you can make in the Ninja Speedi and less mess, less to clean up. For 149.00 (at least what I paid for it) it is paying for itself over and over.
