Bought a new lure rod and reel setup. Wychwood agitator 60-100g and matching reel with 16lb braid. caughta fish suprisingly quickly considering the conditions. happy days.
Well done on christening the new rod,the only thing i can say saynis something i learnt the hard way,never leave the fish in the net when its not secured to something,i left mine like this turned to get my stuff ready,turned around to the fish powering og with the net it just disappeared to the depths.. ....gutted so now i always pin it down or just keep hold😂 ...new sub here i will follow your piking adventures,feel free to watch my search for a yorkshire river 27lber😊...
