- Join the concrete crew and grandma as we tear out a good size driveway and prep it for pouring. Things went a little slower than I would have liked but then grandma showed up and it all seemed fine again. Enjoy!

Just got my driveway done. Tear out asphalt and replace with concrete. The guys cleaned off in my side yard and left a mess everywhere. I was picking out small base rocks out of my grass for a few hours after they left. It’s the little things that matter.
It's clear Buggs knows just as much as Ryan.... Best part of the crew.....Tino is entertaining as well

Hey Ryan I love ur channel and most off all love to see ur mom .U see my mom was one off ur biggest fans .But I lost my mom last Friday she loved ur mom and the guys but Ray she loved she would say he reminded her off the pirate black beard.Her favorite was Bugs and jade Ur mom is the best my mom was just like her one of the kindest mom in the world Thank u for ur videos.
Anyone else ever find themselves ducking their head every time Ryan gets out of the skid steer? HAHA Happens every time for me. I guess I'm just used to doing it myself.
Ryan is the definition of a great boss. He treats his employees so well but also, he doesn't just treat them as employees. He gives respect and only reprimand them when needed which is understandable. He shows how great he is by declining the job but also, referring Eric which is spectacular. What people don't realize by that is Ryan is basically vouching for Eric and knows he will do a great job. The true definition of a man and boss. Ryan wants the best for everyone including his employees but also those wanting to venture out and grow. Ryan your spectacular. I'm 27 and many say I have an old soul which I do thanks to my grandparents. I take care of her, and she is 81 but I want to thank you for showing appreciation for hard work ethic and also defining what the definition of leadership is.
