Loved the checking your expectations part!! Dating is quite simple but we complicate it. As a foreign woman in Lithuania I notice how beautiful and feminine Lithuania women are. Therefore for my dear foreign women here, might be something you need to work on...Xo!

Is it possible for the Lithuanian guy to find foreign friends in Lithuania? It would be very interesting I think

Can someone please tell me how to say, "Can I take you out to dinner?" in Lithuanian? A guide to how the words are pronounced would be really helpful, too. I'd really appreciate it! 🙏🏼

the word privyet is just a rude way of saying hello to someone new. we use ruzzian swear words or sometimes just words when speaking, even though we can't stand ruzzians and are ready and eager to kill some (though only ruzzian soldiers and only if needed ofc, we don't go around killing random civilians, we're not ruzzians after all), but even when we use the word privyet (we do it really rarely though), we only do it with friends. it's like you wouldn't usually message some new person things like "fucking hello" or "fucking goodbye", it is just weird ant not polite for us lithuanians.
I should mention, the word "privyet" doesn't mean "fucking hello", I just used it as an example because there's no direct translation that explains it

I never ever use russian when i speak lithuanian. lithuanian is so rich in vocabulary that you dont need to use the language of the occupier (even with friends).
