My hair has been shedding since 2019 when I aggressively lost some weight and got fever…..in between I used minoxidil and finasteride they worked but not enough good results so after so many years I realized It could be a nutritional hair loss so just did blood test last week and my vitamin D level was at 8.3 ng/ml which is very low so is there any chances to get those shedded hair back ?
Shedded hair can be due to androgentic alopecia.
No with vitamin D on going hair loss can be prevented . But shedded hair can’t be brought back.
It can only come with hair transplant procedure.
Sir does finasteride works to treat Telogen Effluvium?
There is no role of finasteride in telogen effluvium

Don’t worry
Have good amount of of protein in diet and fruits .

Sir I had surgery for leg amputation for 25 days, took 40 antibiotics in 25 days, after that my hair on the top of my head is very thin, and for 3 months after amputation my hair is falling, but now it has reduced. I don't see any change in the hair on top of my head in these three months

Hairfall 30-50 days tak ho sakata hai after starting your treatment.
Have good protein diet and medicine which is prescribed by your dermatologist.
