This is one of the most annoying bosses to do, cant seem to get past this. Killed the mobs went in portal, but mid portal after activating all four crystals I was instantly killed. No idea how to get past this. Will likely continue to see what way to do it.
This is the exact issue i'm having, I clear all the mobs and hounds at the first door, kill the 2nd big guy .. go down to the lower section and kill 1 hound, she uses life force, i go in the portal and while working on the 4 triggers just instantly die. It's fn madening
@@AngelusNZ I can say I finally learned the pattern, it takes time, but once you nail down positioning's and I just in case kill extra monsters on the top floor as well which helped.
A bit maddening on an Outlaw Rogue but doable. Blade Flurry talents will help with the mobs that group up. Binding a key to the special action button will save clicking. You have to be fast. Thank you for the video!!
the debuffs are killing me, I can get to the ship but once that phase ends I keep getting thrown into the air and can't get to the big guy in the back before the wipe.
just that killing of that one dog from down below was what was missing for me to break that wave... after seeing that the rest was just running here and there...
Same here. Tried it about 20 times now. She just "pops" randomly while I'm aboard the ship. ometimes before I even get to one crystal, once I even managed to get all 4, and she popped right after. She doesn't even loose health. Just instantly dead. Makes me wonder if there's a bug that happened with the introduction of 10.0.
@@andruism7 did you ever work out a way around it? literally doing identical to this guy but also getting random deaths inside the ship. i had it once where i instantaneously died after porting 😞
@@bentrusswell1775 I noticed that there is a spell or curse of sorts called "Final Doom" that starts ticking as soon as the portals to the ship spawns. if the curse fills all the way up u die and it's game over. so u just have to be quicker than the curse.
For anyone wondering I have soloed this on mythic with my feral druid. As long as you follow the route in the video it should be very easy, and be mindful that your bleeds can kill enemies so you can probably take off sooner than the pally. 😺

Whenever I jump off the ship for the first time there are adds on her and they eat through her health in a seconds
Didn't know you could ignore the second portal. Interesting.

Did they change the mechanics with the Dragon Isles launch? I can make it to the ship, but can't make it out.

when you kill the second big guy, you need to kill at least 1 fel houond (a red one); and then go to the portal. I just did it.

So the second time you dont board their vessels?
You can still board the second vessel. Just make sure you have most of the adds dead beforehand. At least the ones closest to the boss.

Seems like less adds spawn at the last part forcing you to kill some of the flying bats. Incredibly annoying.

I have soloed this on mythic with my feral druid. As long as you follow the route in the video it should be very easy, and be mindful that your bleeds can kill enemies so you can probably take off sooner than the pally. 😺
