The news regarding Stefan Bajcetic is quite positive and highly welcome. Not sure he will play this week or the next 2 weeks either but it's great to learn that he's completely pain-free now.

I don't think we can win everything, that's not saying we won't try 100% it's just the squad is battered and unless we get these key players back the squad will only get thinner as the games come every couple of days! What a brilliant manager and THE BEST IN THE WORLD HANDS DOWN (given all his restrictions such as budgets and injuries). Its gonna be so hard to replace him. Which begs the question does klopp want a completely new challenge (like german national team) or does he just need a break??? If its former then nothing else to be said but if its latter can we not just give him a year off and take him back??....i mean i was there when king kenny quit and we all thought as along as we get someone who understood liverpool (souness...and maybe alonso today) we would be fine and look how that turned out...30 barren freaking years before we won another title...made worse by kenny saying later all he needed was a break and that in half a year he was ready to come back..😢...so lets not repeat same mistakes again...and we have the perfect man to deputise for a year pep ljnders!...we really need to explore EVERY SINGLE OPTION and dangle every single carrot in front of klopp and his coaches before just letting them all leave....

I think VAR should ONLY be used for Goal Line decisions & The PROTECTION of players (DANGEROUS TACKLES) Horror tackles like CAICEDO (NO RED or YELLOW CARD) No VAR REVIEW by the Ref.
I think when a player is tackled so badly that he has to be stretched off after 25 minutes, the player responsible, CAICEDO should also LEAVE THE FIELD, regardless if it was intentional or not!!!

Kelleher, Tsimikas, Quansah, Gomez, Bradley, McConnell, Clark, MacAllister , Gakpo, Dann, Salah/Nunez
Defence
Noway can VVD play, Konate can come on at some point as he didn't play full extra time to replace Bradley enabling him to be rested thereby moving Gomez to RB. Robbo can get minutes by replacing Tsimikas.
Midfield
Play Clark and McConnell full game. MacAllister I am playing very, very reluctantly due to lack of other options and the need to have some experience in the midfield. I would take him off around 60 minutes for a youngster; he does need a rest and looked leggy today. Elliott may be able to replace him with 35 minutes to go.
Attack
Diaz and Elliott played 120 mins and cannot start one iota. Rest Diaz completely unless we are losing and even then limit him to 20 minutes. Elliott to be given a maximum of 35 minutes to replace MacAllister. Gakpo came off after 90 mins so hopefully should be OK to start. Assess Nunez, Salah, Szobolzai fitness but do not risk them if there is any doubt. Pragmaticism is needed at this time - we have secured a domestic cup and a long way off winning FA Cup which thereby renders it bottom of the priority list of the three remaining trophies.
Is there a youngster who can fill in that third attacking option? Highly doubt Klopp would risk Mo/Darwin in this game, we need them fit for Forrest
@@kristinalfc5846100 percent I'd agree with you. Nunez and Salah should be given as much time off as possible and certainly should not be risked for a measly FA cup tie. Trey Nyoni or Kaide Gordon, ideally the latter but no idea what is going on with him. I'd rather get a replay than have to rely on the majority of the seniors. I am optimistic even the kids will be spurred on to secure a win by a frenzied crowd. I don't want to see Van Dijk even on the bench.

Bradley played 72 minutes and Konate played 105 minutes. I don't think either of them will be starting. Even Gomez played 92 minutes. Our defense is going to be the most difficult problem for the line-up.
