The thing that makes Mikolas's moment much more awesome is he actually fell and injured himself in the rehersals. I wouldn't have enough courage to do it live after falling. What a guy.
Yah his back was nearly broken in rehersal. I cried happy tears when I saw him lining up for it in under a week from being nearly paralyzed.

Portugal was super torn on the idea of Conan since we had such an epic win in 2017 with our sweetie pie Salvador Sobral, so to have something so out of the box was a big shock for most of the population. Not to say that Salvador wasn't scrutinised too in the public's eye before the victory. I guess we're never satisfied
Fun fact: Mikolas injured his back before this performance and wasn's supposed to do the front flip but he did anyway, now that's dedication!
