    These shoulder internal rotation stretches could be genuinely helpful when trying to get to the root cause of your shoulder complaint. Which one had the biggest impact on you?

    Lucky to have nerds like you around! Have been trying to fix my shoulder with PT for a while now by mostly strenghtening muscles yet results haven't been encouraging. This was excellent add on approach to more conventional rehabilitation style and I can feel the relief in mobility, stiffness and pinching pain in shoulder area. Maybe it's not for everyone but worked for me after 9 months of shoulder issues. Most humble thanks!😊

    I can hear your an aussie now…lol because for the 1st few videos I watched, you just sounded like an everyday accent to me, until here I suddenly said to myself Oh… he’s an aussie. 😜 Just found you today and think you are doing a fantastic job here for a general populations understanding and instant fix guidance straight from the start. Great stuff, thank you so much from one of the general population that dont get this type of helping guidance for follow up home excersise’s that help from accredited proffessionals out there in the massage and physio industries. Great stuff helping us all do the werk that came naturally in teenagerhood but as we age we dont get these types of excersise in every day life and stiffen up.😀😄😃
    You are a light in censored industry.

    Absolutely brilliant explanation, appropriately pitched at the level of the recipient 👌 If only I'd had you as my GP (UK) in my 30's, I wouldn't have become critically ill and had a decade of my life wasted.
    You are an exceptional doctor!

    The band stretching were the game changers for me. How often do I have to this for lasting effects?

    • @YourWellnessNerd

      Most people have to do them for a lotrle while to reclaim some missing mobility, but if someones posture remains good enough it shouldnt necessarily tighten up again - depending on how long its been tight for of course.

    Def'ly setting with this rotation, and I couldn't find tha exercise that targeted what popping over the front of my shoulder when I reach about 88°from tha top... I'm not even breaking parallel before this happens.
    Could you help?

    Hi I did the sleeper stretch the other day, and my left shoulder is aching and in pain, probably a 4 out of 10 so not through the roof but pretty uncomfortable, is this to be expected? I never pushed too hard, however I did coax it down and there was some creaking and popping as I tried to increase the range, is this also to be expected? Thanks.

    • @YourWellnessNerd
      @YourWellnessNerd  Před 3 měsíci

      The creaking and popping is certainly something to be respectful of. With any stretch it’s important to make sure that you find a very comfortable, respectful, and safe range to work in. Even if things didn’t feel terrible at the time, any symptoms you feel afterwards may suggest that something about the way that someone performed that stretch wasn’t as optimal as it could’ve been.
