In my opinion, the first serve shown is NOT LEGAL. Rule 2.6.2: The server shall then project the ball near vertically upwards, without imparting spin, so that it rises at least 16cm after leaving the palm of the free hand and then falls without touching anything before being struck. He clearly projects the ball less than 16 centimeters upwards. The second serve shown is clearly higher than 16 centimeters, so is at least legal on that front.
Done wrong though. If the guy had a basic understanding of physics and maths, you would understand that it's faster doing it diagonally from corner to corner and not just straight and then hit it way lower and closer to the table
@@NickRudd That wasn't really diagonally mate. It went from the same side of the table to the same side of the table. I am talking about two opposite corners, there's only two ways that can be achieved. And it's merely faster due to the distance, but yeah at least you have the technique right
@@turntech4776 yeah if you aren't aware distance is a part of mathematics. Did they not teach you that in school? I mentioned physics because of gravity, ever heard of that?
Just posted an in depth tutorial on this serve ! 🏓
Can u pls show how a right handed person (like me) can do that?

Also try to hit from corner to corner, this means the ball can travel flatter and therefore faster😎
That makes the ball fly longer and easier to return

on february 17 my first table tennis match, wish me luck

It will be good for once or twice times as much.

I have a question. I have two rackets
1 Stag Club
2 Stag 3 Star
I prefer club. Whats you opinion
Nice one bro 👍👍👍
Algorithm tryna give me something new to bet on I see
In a way, this is similar to how people who use the extreme western grip hit the ball
Can you do a more in depth tutorial video
Nice👏👏👏👏👏👏
I use the twist with high sidespin
Forgot how to do this serve and have just been doing it as backspin imstead of topspin
Thank you 🙏.
I really need some tips on how to beat some of my classmates
Use back-side spin bro 👍👍

@@XyzyX154agree 👍
First clip is illegal lmaoo
@NickRudd why can't we use normal forehand topspin instead of back topspin for a serve like that?
Anyone pls lighten me up
the flick delivers more spin, more force and i think it's a bit harder to do the motion for topspin on a serve
Where did you buy the ping pong ball?
First illegal serve but demo with legal serve height

not as fast as that one tho😮

i get my body low and just serve it low and it seems to be just as fast as this.
Is this Top side spin?
Why the ball cloured and how he did it??
Whats the name of this serve?

It's depends on your bet and rubber quality...
I managed to do a serve which in my eyes and my opponent’s was way faster than this, when I served he actually didn’t know where to ball went, like I’m serious (also I forgor how to do it so ya lmao)
And hit lower to get low on the net
it's not about rotating the wrist actually, anything will do as long as you toss high enough and hit the ball almost near the table
Rotating your wrist allows you to have more topspin so the ball dives down with topspin so you can hit harder.
@@michaelg8841 we can also make the ball drive faster even if backspin ,or side spin anyway my point is no need to put stress on the wrist, serve is not made to score
I tried 1000 times still didn't got😢
Đừng bao giờ giao bóng lộ liễu như vậy, sẽ bị phản công bằng 1 quả bạt hoặc giật đè mạnh mẽ ngay lập tức 😂😂😂
why do you rotate the wrist tho 🤔
That allows you to hit the ball on the backhand side which is more effective to create speed
@@NickRudd gotcha 👌 two questions, the first is, do you think that's its worth practicing like as a serve like it it useful and the second is, I want to buy ping pong rubber for my rackets but I don't know where to buy from how many and which kind and i didn't find any videos on CZcams explaining that so I'd really appreciate if you can help love your content my man

@@NickRudd not true
What if ur a penhold
only a minority of players are left handed 😅
Surely you get more speed from a flat serve? Or is this not like tennis at all😂
Sadly this is illegal because you have to throw the ball at least 16cm up
First couple serves were illegal..too short on the toss. Toss has to be length of paddle at keast and that is a goofy serve
Why would you rotate your hand to hit it from an awkward angle when you could just do the same without rotating your hand?
Sr
Wait someone is doing that trick,
I've been doing that trick but I've never mastered it and now someone mastered it
learned that trick like grade 5 and still using it till now in Shs
Bro we cant hit fast on serves
My serve is faster I think and it’s just a normal topspin but but I rotate my body into it
I need something faster, I’m playing against some older Asians and a young German semi-pro. They eat this up
for games I would definitely focus on spin not speed for serves
😂😂😂 А какая разница, форхенд или бэкхэнд?
That won’t work for penhold style
Wish me luck m having a match today 😭

Is this a legal move tho
of course
