Kyosho Birel Go-Kart Nitro

Fully refurbished after 10 years or so of no use!
Engine fully stripped down and cleaned in a Ultrasonic cleaner.
All seals replaced as they turned rock hard over time.
Carb dust boot replaced with a Traxxas counterpart.

nice model ...i have the same....i put foam tires (from 1/12) on it ....and the kart has now a lot of more grip on the asphalt !

LOL. I just did the same thing with my kart after 10 plus years as well. Really had to find all my nitro stuff. I still have one brand new in the box.

You got two of these? Did you also end up buying the metal sprocket and the chain? I wish I could find these upgrades somewhere!

@@rcnitrorestore3559 Yes, I actually bought these when AMAIN was having a blow out on them. I picked up the chain and the sprocket and the metal upright that holds the transfer shaft. Unfortunately I only bought the one set so I don't have another to sell you.... these are hilarious to run

Hi. I was lucky to find this at a local bidding website such as eBay. I believe they are quite expensive to buy otherwise. My advice is to be patient and hunt for bargains. Hope that helps. Thanks
