- Liam Hemsworth makes his debut as Geralt of Rivia in Netflix's first look at 'The Witcher' season 4. Henry Cavill announced his departure from the series in 2022, after playing Geralt on the show for three seasons. At the time, he addressed Liam in a heartfelt Instagram post, writing, 'This character has such a wonderful depth to him, enjoy diving in and seeing what you can find.'

Good choice but I feel Cavill's facial structure, eye angle and distance between eyes/brows more resembles the game character animation.
Netflix Witcher is not based on the game, and it's very loosely based on book. None of the Geralts from series, movie or games is resembling the original one from Sapkowski's books. They are too pretty and buffed.
Good luck to Liam. Henry was excellent in the roll.
