He actually landed some good shots on tank but he had a separated rib going into the fight. If you look at the body shot tank dropped him with it wasn't all that powerful and he could usually take a lot of those with no issues but his rib was jacked up from before the fight so it gave out and nothing he could do at that point. He also said he felt really drained and weak from the re-hydration clause. So lets see what happens in a rematch. at 140

When it comes to body shots, it’s the placement of the shot, not exactly the power of it. Honestly, In this sport, patience is a virtue. There’s many good fighters he can choose that will lead him to a championship fight and get him RESPECT, rather than leaning on instagram followers and picking n choosing opponents…then getting whooped.
There’s Gary Antuanne Russell, he’ll be an excellent opponent…. There’s ex champion Regis Prograis…… There’s Josh Taylor…. There’s Jose Ramirez…
So all I’m saying is he needs to build himself towards a championship fight. Right now, he’s just not championship caliber. Just be patient, and build his way up there. Right now, he’s still fighting like an experienced amateur

Devin has been working REALLY HARD!!!
to be able to fight at the top. He is not a complete fighter, he is too stiff in the upper body, has to less head movement and his footwork could also be improved, he still needs to gain some experience and work on his boxing style. In my opinion he should also box more controlled. He is still too careless and puts too much pressure forward. With experienced boxers like Tank or Campbell, this can quickly backfire. He still needs a few mid tier fights that he can compete with the best in the division.

I don't know whether it's just my feelings or not, Ryan in the last match against Oscar Duarte, his technique was so broken, there were no self-defense techniques, all he had to do was tilt his body and fight, it was really worrying to fight Devin Haney.

Ryan has to use his reach advantage and use the Jab he can keep him off him if Ryan engages alot and pushes forward devin beating him.
What gonna happen in a fight, in first few rounds ryan will have some success he then will start make facial expressions, as if hes is getting to haney, with the few shots that he will catch haney, and then haney will brake him down and either decision victoryor or stoppage for haney. Haney will win this one. Between the two, Haney has shown more development and has more accolades. I don't expect a knockout between these two, but there will be unanimous decison on the scoreboard. Garcia still fights the same way he debuted and has not evolve a bit. He needs a better trainer and better discipline. Their history in the amateurs will not mean a thing in this fight.

Garcia needs to sober up and stop drinking everyday. I've been through it myself, and I'm telling you. Alcohol completely drains your energy and strength. Even just 2 days of heavy drinking will put a complete beatdown on your body. I hope he goes to an outpatient rehab or something. Maybe even 28 days inpatient. I can tell he's going through a lot of mental shit, and he could use some help. According to this footage, it looks like Haney is taking this way more serious than Ryan. I feel bad for Ryan honestly.
