Lack of sleep is sure fire way to get under anyone’s skin.
Thankfully, after a year or so, I don’t even notice them now - and I’ve even made friends with them.
2:32 is a morning talk show called "This Morning", both those presenters were beloved and known for being really laidback and not very serious. They both recently left after some controversy with Phil, the male presenter but I believe the show is still going.

I have sleep-sensitive epilepsy, you see. My husband was away that night, so all I felt safe doing was text them, asking to turn down their music. I got a text back off them, basically insulting things I have no control over! Like my dog we no longer have, or the garage my husband got 2nd hand because of covid and us not having anywhere safe to park his car.
What a set of dickheads 🤬 the woman on t'other side is an absolute star, though. She's past the retirement age, and we can have sensible conversations. She'd even made my husband laugh really hard not long after we moved in. He was cleaning his huge tent, and she asked, "oh, is that your garage?" We didn't have the garage then.
