500 g roasted red beets
4 sticks celery
4 pickles
200 g mayonnaise | 1 cup
100 g yogurt / ½ cup
1 red onion
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
¼ bunch dill

I ate this at a barbecue truck in Austin. Id long forgot about it until getting up this morning. Im a line cook and have the ability to come up with app specials and different dishes in a tourist trap so its nice in alot of ways to use creativity in cooking.
