I’m a little late watching but I’ve just picked up a older cub just like the one you run on the video I was wondering if a loader would fit on mine thx for answering that question for me keep up the good work on these old tractors
I have a cub 782, need to install wide frame bracket and plow bought plow and bracket however it seems the arms are too short to reach under tractor and pics or insight?
Sorry I missed your reply but better late than never. A wide frame cub plow frame should have a curve that comes up in the back, they do have different series plow frames as different series tractors came out. I believe the one you’re looking for should be an early wide frame plow bracket which in the front it mounts between the quick attach teeth with pins facing outwards
I wish you would showed me more how to hook that snow plow so I know what I need on my 1250 international harvester Cub cadet I don't know what my plow is missing parts or not
Thanks for the feedback- I plan on making another video before this winter going into more detail on things and maybe some better camera angles as well…. Plows are pretty simple , you have the blade assembly with the A frame that the blade itself pivots left - right on, then there is the undercarriage subframe that the blade pivots up and down on… the correct subframe for a 1250 should be similar to the one in the video where the frame curves up towards the rear hook area. Other than the plow you just need a lift rod, if you don’t have the original rod other alternatives is a chain/steel cable or a length of metal Angle iron, flat stock, anything that’s long enough. Hope this helps some

I know I need a bigger shop, I just have to work with what I have for now. Hoping one day I’ll be able to have a good sized shop
Did the 1015 model ever come with a plow attachment? can’t find any info.

put it on before it snows
that think needs a tune up real bad the one I got it does not turn over once she is running
I have a new carb for it, just have to find time to install it, summer got very busy for me so I didn’t get to work on the fleet much

Be careful you could flood the carburetor
hot rod liam she was just cold and had a weak battery lol , I’ll have her going tomorrow , didn’t feel like getting the jumper cables out

I got it from a guy up in Rochester NY... currently have the loader mounted up on my cub 982 super
