DELICIOUS RUTABAGAS SUNDAY DINNER

THESE DELICIOUS VEGETABLES ARE PREPARED WITH LOVE. WHEN I WAS GROWING UP THESE VEGETABLES WAS A STAPLE IN OUR HOME. MY MOTHER WOULD PREPARE THESE SLIGHTLY SWEET AND BITTER VEGETABLES BUT UNFORTUNATELY BACK THEN MY YOUNG PALLET COULD NOT APPRECIATE THIS RUSTIC VEGETABLE. FORTUNATELY, NOW MY PALLET HAS MATURED, AND LOVE THE TASTE OF THIS MILD YET SWEET AND BITTER VEGETABLE. JOIN ME AS I PREPARE OUR SUNDAY DINNER OF RUTABAGAS, THIN FRIED PORK CHOPS, FRIED GREEN TOMATOES, AND BANANA PUDDING.

I LOVE Rutabaga.... Its the Highlight of The Dish. 😋. My Mom cuts it huge squares & the way she cooks em releases all the natural sweetness .. you dont need nothing to it.
