That’s the standards huku abroad fyi for so many beneficial reasons… The first week you are adviced to only do sponge baths until the cord falls of n heals, then you introduce baths pole pole you can do twice or thrice a week but in between you wipe the baby with water then as the baby grows you can do everyday..baby skin is quite delicate and should be well taken care of but if you feel like washing your baby twice a day, kwa raha zako. Again consider the fact that weather can be so unforgiving esp for babies born during winter time. My girl is now past 3 months and she has really nice soft and supple skin and never did she ever smell. So understand where people are coming from before “forcing” your issues. And do research as well.
Babies grow up so fast, enjoy the precious moments with your little one. Aaaaawwww she looks so cute and tiny. 🥰🥰 Both her parents cook so well, she's one blessed girl. ☺️ I'm craving for those soft mandazis lol. 😂
Lol we got Matching Pjamas. 😂😂Bathing babies once a week is normal in America. I was also shocked when i first moved here but personally I wouldn’t do it.
I wasn’t of that idea but doing research I understood why they do it. But for me I’ll stop when she’s not newborn anymore. Wow that’s cool we got same pjs 😊❤

That is strange advice coming from a doctor in USA. I had to bathe my son every day and he was born in Europe. That cute lil daughter of yours won't be smelling like a fresh baby if you bathe her once a week. And they love the water... especially new borns

They also peel a lot and giving them baths everyday is not a good idea so ones a week and body wipes every day or time is adviced. Again I know what I’m doing and what’s best for my child.❤

People are so quick to judge and talk about something that is not yours or something that there is no rules. She gives bath once a week it’s her baby, go make your own baby and give them bath every day. Internet is crazy and judgmental. Girl you are doing so good . Don’t listen to people telling you what to do with your own children you carry 10 months almost.
Make google your friend please. Learning and knowing is good. For instance she always smells clean & fresh because she gets body wipes & rub everytime just ones or twice a week for bath.

It’s my child 😊🤎. Having 3 babies doesn’t mean you can advise me. What’s best for my baby I keep it. Plus she’s always getting wiped with soo much water everyday. So I’ll do what’s best for my child ❤️

Okay I just looked it up. 3 times a week and cleaning the face, neck and diaper area will do it. Sorry, never heard that before...🤗
