Look at the situation with minority conversions in Pakistan. We have been hearing about Hindu girls being abducted and forcefully raped then converted etc for a long time now but now there is a big hoopla only after a Sikh girl was abducted and his brothers+father made that video appealing to Imran Khan etc. Now, our media is doing debates about it, politicians on the offensive about it but before that it was just a few people in social media talking about Hindu girls abducted. Im not saying we shouldn't stand up for Sikhs in Pakistan but why didn't we openly stand with our Hindu brothers before??? Btw we should really learn from Sikhs, they overdo all this sometimes but then in the subcontinent you have to be that way sadly or else narratives are quickly created about communities!!

Being an intellectual Kshatriyas is part of the solution. It unites and sets a strategy for intellectuals. We need mentors and leaders who can encourge and train leaders for the rest of India, to participate in demonstrations of unity, Kirthans and Haritals. Being prepared to physically defend ourself is an important aspect of this training. This is the only way to build self-confidence needed for a fighting spirit, whether intellectual or physical. We need weekend training camps all over India. Just as Christians and Muslim do on weekends.
The Bhagavad Gita is a philosophical discussion but the Kurukshetra war is about physical defence not about intellectual discussion. This is because, most of the world is Tamasic and Rajasic, and not Satvic. Most Hindu leaders hide behind intellectualism for lack of courage. Mr.Gautier mentioned this need for physical defence 2 times but Rajiv ji missed the point.
In today's positive environment for Hinduism, if Rajiv ji, or an intellectual like him, were to lead such a demonstration of unity, he will have trained others to overcome the setback of Ashoka's and Ghandhi's submissive culture (Buddha only repackaged Sanyasa philosophy) and the subversion of Hindus by Congress and Nehru-Gundi family.
As the Bhagavad Gita says : "When Elders lead, others follow".
As Rajiv ji mentioned, we also need to rectify the concept of surrender as: surrendering our selfish-ego to our own unselfish-ego with courage, and not to someone elses's ego.

I manupulte most of my friends view towards bjp ,because most of them think bjp is right winger and play communal politics. One day a friend of mine started making joke on ram mandir and saying that it was not needed though he was Hindu .
That I got hurt and I understand this are not serious people and there is no point in arguing with them has they don't have any valid knowledge so I decided simply divert them on our side .
Today they are on bjp side .I this this with nearly 70+ people in last 4years .

The Failure of the Kshatriyata or fighting spirit is firstly and foremost not at all at the Physical level. Throughout history Hindus have fought well and exceedingly so that they are still around. The Hindu kings and clans have fought well against every foe all through history. It is only since past century, though this begins with Marathas and even Vijayanagara empire, a clear Failure of Hindu Heads begins.To simplify this we can take Gandhian Pacifism and its tragic compromises against Islamic separatism as a starting point of this Hindu Intellectual leadership. The average hindu may shy away from fights but when it comes to a showdown at the communal level, every time when it comes to a showdown the Hindu masses have not backed down anywhere, the most recent being Ayodhya conflict where we see hindu masses have massively reacted from Mumbai riots all the way to Gujarat riots. But what was the Hindu Leadership doing about this Ayodhya conflict would reveal the direct contrast of Hindu Mass psyche which is militant and the RSS and BJP leadership that stepped up first to lead the fight and at the first sight of Political Power. Ditched the battle ground and left the mobilized masses in the lurch. So we can see a continuation of the same Failure of Hindu Leadership here since Madan Mohan Malaviya being the only voice among the Congress leadership that said ‘ we accept the challenge” when Jinnah threatened a Jihad Civil war. Let us next read from Savarkar what he thinks about this whole issue of Kshatriyata. Savarkar says that Hindu never lacked or failed Militarily against their foes but only one ground, which is Failure to recognize the enemies Ideology as hostile and his hostility coming from that so called ‘faith’. In practical terms he reduces that Failure to Ghar Wapasi or Shudhi or Failure to even contemplate a Return home of the forcibly converted hindus.All these are Intellectual failures of leadership and not a failure of the hindu martial spirit. Malhotra himself does that back out of the battle ground of harvesting souls and suggests to an already timid RSS leadership to toy with this Gandhian ‘Swadeshi Muslim’ grooming, instead of acquiring the confidence of the missionaries who will never give up even when you present them an overwhelming Majority and a small number of veanglesit groups to start with. That’s the real fighting spirit that wins so that we see despite a Hindu Majority nation and socalled ‘Hindutva’ government, the evangelists are confidently converting the hindu masses systrematically while all that hyindu organizations do at best is lament that demographic erosion. It is this Fight aloine that is going to determine the outcome the Hindu Existential question in the long run. The Hindu Leadership of hindu organizations including its political wing of BJP are now facing a serious risk of Collapse though it now seems they are at peak of power. Actually the Hindu movement is inching its way to the edge of a cliff and the one big reason is Anti Intellectualism, that is coming from Insincerity to its professed Ideals of Hinduism. So it is more of a Failure of the Brahmana than the kshatriya and the all round infection with the self serving spirit of Vaishya.

It is a pleasure to hear the views of two outstanding intellectual warriors. For most of us, we do not have an audience to address. While the span of an individual is limited, we really have to approach this from a constitutional and organizational manner. Sanatana Dharma has withstood approximately two thousand years of attack. The Dharma has survived without putting down or denigrating other faiths. That is one power and code of conduct we have to live by. With that in mind in Bharat which is the cradle and seat of Sanatana Dharma constitutional support or Law should be enacted that all religions are considered equal in this land. Any public or social media statement that denigrates another religion should immediately result in some jail time that increases with repeated offenses. It is one thing pointing out horrible actions by members of a religion, it is another attacking the religion itself. The other initiative is one that Francois mentioned and that is leveraging the RSS, which is probably the world’s largest volunteer organization. The VHP is another organization that can extend their reach to the grass roots by engaging with the numerous Maths and Hindu religious Sabhas. The Chinmaya Foundation conducts Sunday school and camps all over the world. The children are typically from Middle Class Families and above. Similar activities can be conducted by Maths with the assistance of the VHP.
Thanks a lot for discussing this topic to bring awareness among Hindus. The core reason for such a defensive attitude among Hindus, is the so-called 'Non-violence movement' pre-independence. Most were and are still following Gandhi but very few were/are or will follow Netaji due to distorted history taught under Congress regime! It's very sad but the very true and hard ground reality of Hindus not just living overseas but also in India.

The worst culprit was Mohandas Gandhi with his famous saying, "if someone slaps you, show the other cheek". He took non-violence to worst extent. At the same time he recruited Indian soldiers to kill Germans and Japanese. For him it is okay to kill Germans but not his master, the English! What a double standard in non-violence.

Your discussion with Shri Francois Gautier was great and the subject of discussion was also notable.
What I feel the doubt he raised was also matter of thinking "kshatriya quality"among hindus.
In my little thinking we hindus were having that quality before the advent of Buddhism, Jainism, etc. where "Ahimsa Paramodharma" has become the national slogan. So the Indians where under the philosophy "Ahimsa"for about two and a half millinium, till Mahatma Ghandi. RSS has only started thinking in a different way of "Kshatraveeryam". Even that has only started. Anyhow it is a good start.
No wrong. Even during British rule, Hindus were very much fighters,And even in my childhood I have seen people uniting against thieves, even uneducated courageously commenting on powerful crooks and politicians in public. Gradually, in the last 5 decades, movies, and media and christian education has made hindus not just passive but cowards and suck-ups and second grade citizens.
Buddhism started 3000 years back and was never allowed to flourish in India. And after advent of Islam in 6th century, Hindus & Sikhs defeated Islam in 17th century after a continuous fight of a 1000 years. You cant blame buddhism for Hindus being pussies today when Hindus sacked Mughal capital of Delhi just 300 years back. Buddhist Myanmar is dealing with muslims better then Hindu India. What lacks in Hindus is a authoritarian structure that could polarise us and lead us as a force. 300 years back there were Chatrapatis and Peshwas but today we don't have that leader.

Tulsi's ambition is presidency and if she is seen with Rajivji, opposition will easily create conjunctions with RSS, Hindu fascists and what not. No way Christians will vote for her.
Anybody with little common sense would wait for her to become the president and then descritely approach to help with the cause. But no, this man wants to rant against her and destroy any opportunity of approaching her in future. Quite immature behaviour for his age and wisdom.
