Being an evo champ on such a recent game is not a big feat tbh. Dont get me wrong Angrybird is goated but we still are early on the games lifespan and meta we dont know if theres a random out there thats better than all of this players
@@jasonlobo2350 Turns out AngryBird is just overly relying on the Dragonlash kicks, he keeps doing it even when MOV was preemptively doing DI against it, and he keeps doing it again in the finals when Kakeru was perfect parrying it over and over again. Yes he is the best Ken and has very solid fundamental skills but it seems like alot of times he got in for free and get free pressure when his opponents doesn't challenge his lash kicks, and when they do, he doesn't seem to want to change his options and keeps doing it again until he gets beaten.
Not trying to shit on him, but dude had way more time to study and learn the game ahead of other players by playing the cracked version. He should have done better than spamming dragon lash kicks over and over again when opponent is actively trying to counter them. It seems to me he lacks confidence in his neutral game. He needs to improve in that area or he will fall off the rankings as the game gets figured out and players get better at perfect parrying.
@@skychaos87Dragonlash is part of the neutral game. You have to show your opponent that you’re willing to use it in order to open up other aspects of your kit. Stuff like this shows more in a FT5,7, or 10 than a FT2
AngryBird is actually crazy. I didn't think I would enjoy watching a Ken player this much, but here I am. I hope he continues to have success in this game

Just wanted to ask if you would pick MK1, it's my personal favourite fighting game franchise and would love you guys to try it out.
@uglynerd8764 Mortal Kombat as a fighting game is very inferior compared to Street Fighter. The gameplay of MK is very easy, it is made for beginner players who do not play competitively. Street Fighter is much more complex and has much stronger player competition. But MK is also fun.
@neves2493 if its so easy why aren't street fighter players just dominating it as well?

Last match final seconds commenters said mov had 3 confirms into super to close the game, but he never used it? Why?
There's a simple reason, tournament pressure at such a clutch moment can really mess up your execution and confidence to actually hit confirm such inputs. :/
He was so close to winning against the evo champ, would have been an amazing victory. True though tournament pressure and nerves really haunted mov last final seconds :(

@@TheDarkness4560you do know that Mov has been in many top 8EVOs he's a tournament veteran..6has many complaints about the input system that could be why he didn't get lvl 3 .

Only because you handle a situation several times good doesn't mean you get suddenly immune to it, there's way more factors which influence someone's performance especially in clutch moments. Even simple stuff like did he eat/sleep enough and so on can influence someones performance drastically.
