I'm glad you showed shots that weren't strikes. Bowling is a game and isn't easy. I've been bowling for almost 30 years (off and on) and there are challenges. I feel some people get discouraged because all they see on videos are strikes being thrown, so i was happy to see how you handle some adversity. Good bowling!

When referring to the Zen balls, you’re not allowed to raise your voice. You have to say it calmly.

It's so easy to get discouraged and give up when you have a rough start. It used to be that if I didn't start a game/block well I'd check out and autopilot through the rest just to finish and leave. Now I am learning to keep adjusting and trying things no matter what. It's really saved my nights several times. Watching pros vlogging and showing that even they go through similar struggles and watching their process of working through it without giving up helped me tremendously.

Nice showing DT! Was there on the 50 side, only got to see you from a distance on Sunday in match play. Zen is a great ball, shot bills with it last Wednesday. I ended up 12th on the PBA50 side.

I am a typical house bowler with a 215 avg. I only bowl in senior leagues and throw the bowl at about 13 mph. I'm thinking about getting the Zen or Wolverine Dark Moss. I still use my Marvel pearl and it still hits well but looking to upgrade. What ball would you recommend? I like the way both go down on a house shot but it looks like the Zen hits better.
900 global zen is a awesome ball and it’s very smooth! I ever got sponsored I would definitely start throwing that ball.
I like the Zen! My fave changes but right now id say Axiom Pearl! I want to get a Hyroad
wow bowling is a puzzle sport because so many pieces (B.Balls) you need bring because some might not feet on the oil but some that's ok and that's the unique of this sport that I love

Playing that far outside is guaranteed to leave the 10 if it gets there just a little late. But the 10 is the best non-strike leave so it is a viable strategy.
I think the best non strike leave is the 9. Since it shows you are hitting too flush and still carrying corners
@@stompingpeak2043 I like having 10 pin and 9 pin problems a lot better than 8, 5, and 7 pin problems as a righty.

Imagine walking into a bowling alley and all you see are pros in uniform, so you just turn around and walk out so you don't embarrass yourself
Love the game to game updates. Maybe let us know where the cut is so it's easier to see the scoring pace compared to how you are bowling?

We’re do you see that kind of oil for balls like that. I don’t ever see oil were I bowl.
@@harveywallbanger2899 the house I bowl in in Idaho will put down that much oil to mix things up. House I bowled at in Cali was a couples blocks from the beach. They couldn't put down enough oil because the sand would get on the lanes and create friction. I've seen guys start from the left gutter throw it out past the 5 board and miss the entire rack.
@@vinnie4150gmailcom The lane maintenance guy at the Brunswick houses I bowled on would put the least amount of conditioner possible. His core belief was the oil got his precious pin setters dirty. See how one man can ruin things. I basically bowl on desert conditions you have to break your wrist back and maintain high speed. Your better off with a old hard surface ball. I’m jealous.
@@harveywallbanger2899 ya, that's no bueno. My only complaint of my current house is that they use the faux wooden pins. Guys that bowl league in multiple houses have 10-15 pins higher averages with wooden pins. If it's the least bit lite in the pocket you'll leave the ten pin.

@@IIXIIXVXIIXII near the end when his back swing was higher, the timing was right for such a quick step. But during the first 3 his back swing was too low and he grabbed it.
