There's a stigma around going to jail even for a day so a comman man rather prefers to give in to the demands of extortion than to consult a lawyer. It is unfortunate but true.

Just a humble suggestion from my side, I find that the speed at which you speak is rather slow and the content of your video can be easily downsized into a much shorter video.
Considering the short attention span of people due to constant exposure to tik tok, instagram reels etc., there is a chance that people may just skip the video to listen to the important part.
This is something I noticed and I hope this helps you grow your channel so that your content reaches more people.

I myself is a victim of 498A,DV etc and voraciously and mercilessly attack any so called feminist that I come across. One of the logic given by these men haters are statistics of dowry deaths etc and try to corner us. Apart from the National Crime Statistics record of 94% of false 498A cases we cannot say much. I strongly believe that today mens right movement is not moving the way it should move. One statement here and there by politicians and of course fragments within the mens right movement for their own personal interest will not serve the purpose.

Today, no Mens right group apart from emotional support gives proper legal support.The challenge for men first is to find a trustable lawyer who will not "compromise". When we men fight we fight against the system,against this legal as well as social notion that "men always hv to pay" and the "girl whatever she does will go Scott free even after false allegations proved false in court without Any punishment ". Classic case is that of Sarabjit in Delhi few years ago.The court could hv taken suo motto.But kept mum because when it came to punishing the girl court will not take the risk.
So,it is very rare to find a lawyer who wil not do under the table "setting", put the very client in more trouble and then force his client to do mutual settlement.
I'm a victim of this, but I understood at the nick of time and could save my ailing parents and myself. Today I'm virtually playing musical chair with lawyers and studying law by myself. These corrupt lawyers will not do what is required and one has to force them ( your own lawyer) through arguments,legal knowledge and judgement case files to do what is required to be done.
It's high time like minded men like us join together in a bigger way and create a platform that will make videos against men atrocities viral, make you tube videos and discussions and hv seperate legal cell ( where proper guidance and even services can be provided with nominal fees and court fees)

Thank you so much and very relevant to our situation right now. A lawyer is trying to extort us money for 500K her slight physical injury. She falsely alleged that she got hit and run. But she also admitted that the car returned to the scene but she deliberately hide to not be seen. She also admitted that she jaywalked during rush hour traffic in the highway. Her actual medical expenses is only 2,000.00. She says she will accept payment / installment terms. Good thing the defendant didn't took the bait, and they will pursue the lawsuit case.

Rightful advice. But differ on usage of the term "Court of Law". I prefer using, "Court of Justice".. In my humble opinion if law and facts are 2 eyes, Justice is the third eye.. Justice is always supreme as even the basis for creating constitution (Preamble) says "Justice" Between law and facts, again in my considered opinion, fact is supreme as the evidence act is devoted towards it. Moreover, even considering both are equal, but law degrades itself as law can be amended, repealed etc but fact is not. If fact can be changed then it's not a fact, right? Your thought please. No offense please as I put my views and willing to correct my thought process on the same on merit.

I know this at first may sound like a Family law with the case, but it is beyond family law… plus if that is the only route, I cannot afford an attorney!
But My case is a criminal case…
I don’t take the Legal system for granted… I know this is a “small crime” compared to the horrible stuff out there, but a criminal is a criminal…
I believe if we do a good job stopping the small criminal ones maybe it will help control / prevent volume on bigger crimes!
Here are the facts:
My ex-husband is a con-artist, I have many police reports on him… I am mentally exhausted and tired dealing with his never-ending, harassment, fraud, bulling, and wrong doings (bad example to our children).
I divorced him thinking it would end but it just keeps on getting worst…
it’s been years of domestic and mental abuse… Is domestic violence a crime?! Unfortunately, not on all states!! When woman try to report it, it is looked as a mental condition that needs treatment but the perpetrator continue on getting away with it!
I well aware that a criminal case on my ex-husband means that might end up in jail and no child support, but that is how bad this is... I am willing to lose it all… I can and will take care of my daughters I just need the peace of mind and put a stop on him!
It is affecting and impacting our children!
This is NOT about the money and child support; this is about me getting help to stop a criminal and to protect my children.
Please... I was wondering if someone in your office could help me with the case below:
I need help to report extortion and fraud and open criminal charges against my ex-husband & father of my three (3) minor daughters, Fadi Alawi.
The Facts and Elements of the Extortion:
Starting on 10/04/2022, Fadi Alawi, made several verbal and written threats with the malicious intent to harm (extortion) me psychologically, financially, and even with harming my legal reputation in the family court (I have emails and text messages as evidence and even a video recording of him harassing me at my front door)
The threated me that he intended and would stop me from taking our three (3) daughters on a pre-planned trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil to visit their only living grandparent (diagnosed with cancer) in demand of / unless if I sign a California FL-390 form that he pre-filled with wrongful information/dates so he could benefit of immediate court changes and financial gain by reducing the child support amount he pays me for our (3) daughters every month.
I responded to Fadi Alawi’s threat and informed him that I believed it was wrongful for him to use force and fear in order to obtain immediate financial gain in our child support case (with a child support reduction of the support he pays for our daughters); therefore, I did not accept his request and I would not sign the form.
And I also informed Fadi Alawi that I am a Florida resident for more than 2 years, therefore, he was trying to coerce me into sign a form and commit fraud with the Family Court in the state of California in order for him to benefit from immediate financial gain without the proper child support case review and wrong state jurisdiction.
I then reminded Fadi Alawi that our daughters’ rights and best interest should always be a paramount concern in any situation…
And I hoped and prayed he would let me take our daughters on the trip and drop the threat, but this is not the first-time act and behave fraudulently and wrongful in our divorce and child support case (several police reports have been filed on him).
So once more, Fadi Alawi disregarded doing the rightful and took advantage of the fact that he knew how important this trip was and that time was of the essence.
He knew that with my father’s cancer diagnosis this trip was important because it might be the last time, we see him alive.
He knew that there was not enough time for me to try to go to the court and get a judge order to allow me to travel abroad with my children.
And he also knew that that if I don’t give in to his demand, there would be financial consequence on my end because it was already last minute to try change cancel the trip for a full refund…
The clock was ticking, Fadi Alawi stood his grounds…
A week or so went by Fadi Alawi persisted on using conditional threat by means of instilling me with the fear that I would only be able to take our daughters to the trip unless I comply with his wishes to decrease the child support amount, he pays me for the care of his daughters.
I tried to stick to my grounds too, but I was vulnerable and in fear, despair, anxiety, and lots of stress… and he had compelled me act against my will.. I was willing to give him what he wanted but I was scared of committing fraud and criminal charges by signing a formal/legal form from a state that I do not reside...
I informed Fadi Alawi that I would sign the FL390 Form but clearly communicated that I was doing it against my will and just because his actions and the fragility of the situation made me feel I had no options...
On 10/20/22, I completed my own version and signed FL-390 form to grant Fadi Alawi to financially benefit from child support reduction and in exchange (same day) Fadi Alawi gave me the travel authorization for minor form as a guarantee that he would not try to stop me from taking our daughters with me on my trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
I went on my trip to Sao Paulo, Brazil and took our three (3) daughters from 11/18/2022 and returned to our home in Windermere, FL on 12/06/2022.
The Elements of Fraud:
On my email communication to Fadi Alawi’s about giving him the letter, I reminded him that we all, mother, father and all three (3) children, are full time Florida’s residents therefore,
I recommended that Fadi would do the rightful thing and file the letter I gave him agreeing with the child support changes (monthly reduction) with the Florida Family Court.
I re-iterated to Fadi Alawi several times and in several ways that I was NOT in agreement with and that he did NOT have my approval to use the letter/form I signed agreeing with the child support decrease to submit a request to re-open, modify and/ or reverse changes on my behalf/as my request to an old previous child support case that the California Family Court had legally and rightfully granted me a child support increase in the past.
I clearly communicated to Fadi Alawi that I would agree and expected him to do the rightful and use the letter to change the child support amount with the Florida Family Court and not with the California Family Court; furthermore, I also shared with Fadi Alawi that in case he was intending to do so and use the letter for changes with the California Family Court on my behalf and/or as my request, that I believe it would be wrongful and an act intentional deception for an unlawful gain with false representation of facts (wrong jurisdiction and case qualification as per California Family law requirements)… in other words, fraud and if so I would press charges.
Well, not surprisingly, I just learned that Fadi Alawi disregarded the fact that he did not have my approval or agreement to use the letter I gave him and FRAUDLENTLY re-opened the case with the California Family Court in on my behalf and now I have Child Support Court scheduled for 2/27/23 with a child support reduction of $1,895.19 a month back to his pocket. if cumulative from November to February it will be approximately 12,000.00 that I will have to pay him.

They follow in bus shows pocket, bus drivers conductors, auto drivers all are signalled by strange people and they starts staring at me my parents. While I'm on road, they does this same technique of staring, following. And I fear to apply for a job as they will do this so that i leave my job. What shall I do sir?
