Good effort ! It is best to make a One Inch X One Inch area (Square) on forearm BEFORE pressure is applied with the BP cuff and later on the petechiae may be counted in that square. There is No mandate/ need to draw a circle/square , very close to cubital fossa .Mid forearm is best. More than 2 petechiae is significant and more than ten is diagnostic indicative of hemorrahgic tendency !👍👍
I am a itp patient sir with my platelets above 90k And When I check my bp every day and some times I can see this type of red dots which will go after 2-3 days. Do you have any solution to it or can you say to which doctor I need to consult? And is this a serious issue?
Hi! Would it be okay to use your video as a reference on how to do the tourniquet test? I am a medical technologist student and this video is a great reference.

Is it the way to calculate mean blood pressure? I don't think so
No thats not how its calculated Sir.
Are u a mbbs student or a doctor?
MAP= 1/3(Sys -Diastolic) + Diastolic
I think you meant 1 cubic square inch not meter
Thanks sir but make one video in Hindi
Tourniquet test?
Yes
Sir why you use bell of stethoscope instead of chest piece??
The bell of the stethscope is used because it is used for low pitched sound like blood pressure and diaphgram is used for mainly lungs sound
better to explain in urdu plz
