    Ingredients:
    👉200g sesame seeds(til)
    👉200g powdered sugar
    👉 50 g peanut (roasted and skin removed)
    👉 2 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
    👉2 tablespoon milk
    👉100g milk powder
    👉dry fruits for garnish

    Instructions:
    1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
    2. In the same pan, roast peanuts until they become slightly browned. Once done, coarsely crush them.
    3.Grind the sesame, peanut, sugar into fine powder
    4.Heat the pan add grounded sesame, groundnut, milk powder 2tblsp milk, 2tblsp ghee and100g of milk powder, Mix well.Stir continuously for about 15minutes by keeping the flame low.
    5. Quickly pour the mixture onto a greased plate or parchment paper and flatten it with a spatula.
    6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then cut it into desired shapes while it's still warm.
    7. Once completely cooled, the gachak will harden, and you can store it in an airtight container.
