I went into dancing just like that yesterday when a similar song popped up in my ear buds. My brain took off. Then my hip felt like it cracked. I was like 20, when I did that dance well. I'm 60+ now. But girl, you have that down. Music did that too me then. My brain wants to put on boogie shoes, but my body will break. Dance till those beautifully sculpted gams burn girl ! Dance 🩰 on !
@@lulubells930 Thank you. I really miss dancing though. Was raised with 3 older sisters. I learned everything they knew and then some. Last dancing was at club my Son worked at, before the shutdown. It never reopened. My body isn't even what it was then. But the desire lives on, and strong in me. It's hard to watch videos like that, but I do. Feel the same thing each time. That woman danced very well. Pleasure to watch. Doing ok. May Peace Be With You 🕊️✨ you ☺️

I met Harry (KC) in Arlington TX several years ago. I told him about seeing them at 6 Flags Over Texas when I was 16. He told me that was the first time they ever played Boogie Shoes for an audience.

This is literally like my only real fancy dance move that I'll bust out now and then. It's so easy, but impressive to people with two left feet! I learned it by accident while i was warming up for a wrestling match in high school. When my friend saw me doing it she taught me to do the step forward and back part and it kinda became my happy dance. To this day, my wife thinks I'm a good dancer and that i used to sit around and learn dance moves in high school. I've never told her the truth, which is that I only ever really got taught how to swing dance and waltz as a kid, everything else is made up as i go😂
