Interesting ! What you show here, is that high frequency welding or high temperature? I don't see any glue so it's one of these two. I see an insulated piece of pipe. Is that superheated air?

Thanks for your comment! This is welded with Hot Air and the combination of 3 parameters: Heat - Speed - Pressure, this create a very strong molecular fusion and bond. The weld is stronger than the material itself! I hope this helps if not please go to our website or contact us.

Is this how the little inflatable animals, guitars,and hammers you see at fairs made? I have always been curious and wondered how they put these toys together, especially the attaching of the head, arms, and legs of the little animals like the Easter bunnies, Dinosaurs, tigers, etc. And how do they put the squeakers inside them?

This is hot air welding. Only by using the combination of heat, speed and pressure we can weld any type of PVC, PE, PU and other thermoplastic materials.
