    I just tried this. And it works perfect! Best thing is the sauce with simple 4 ingredients- unlike other videos which tend to over complicate with so many types of sauce.

    Cooking ah pa, do u recycle the oil after deep fried? If yes, how many times and how should we store it?

      Lisa Chan maximum i only will recycle once. I normally will keep the used oil in a stainless steel container.

      Remember don't pour oil down the pipe drains. Bin it.

      Presentation slow & tedious? 🤔. I thought his cooking tips are so good! Tips like texture of meat, oil heating temperature & most of all, cooking ah pa is so down to earth chef.. he said he is not a prof in cooking but his dishes recipe are so simple & detailed plus yummy (I followed his cooking steps) 😊
