I think the top is from the ASOS video a couple of years back. It had a sequin arrow pointing down to his growler if I’m not mistaken
the second comedian tells the same joke as Tim Heidecker in his spoof comedy show, maybe he was trying to replicate that and confuse the audience
It's to a point now where if I see an upload on the second channel, I like it as soon as it starts playing, just because I'll end up doing it anyway.

the worst thing about the "tim allen" impression part is that it's literally a stolen joke from Tim Heideckers comedy special which is basically an intentionally bad set.
