This is my first youtube comment ever! (I really like your videos by the way). How do you get these HCA shifts- do you work with an agency or thought a hospital trust etc.? Do you have to do a certain number of hours a month? (I'm just wondering as I'm moving to London in August before starting nursing at KCL and would like to pick up the odd HCA shift). Maybe this would be an interesting topic to do a video on! Anyway, if you ever get a chance to answer this, thanks!
