How wonderful. With the help of my eldest Son we designed our Garden, its hard work but worth it. Gertrude Jekyll was an incredible Lady. Thank You.
She was. But even more incredible that she was so successful in an age when women were not expected to work.
I would love to have met her.

Can you imagine if Miss Jekyll had access to a digital camera to photograph her gardens ? Wow what a wonder that would have been.
