Yes Payal, scarcity of the house is that ways nowadays. One of my friend’s relative who had a house in New Jersey just had one open house for their property and it got sold ! Not only that the buyer bought the house paying way extra than the quote offered.

Payal , animals have more humanity nowadays . Infact the more the kids are around animals and mud the better their immunity gets with age . Apne India mein bhi Gaon mein bachas are interacting with animals and they are fit and fine . Farmers and their families spend the whole life with animals ! Pets bring so much positivity to any household but only pet lovers will understand ❤ by the way your Indian store shopping made me happy , it’s like all goodies 😊

I think House scarcity is hell lot in Chicago. Single homes are more in demand as compared to townhomes. We are in house hunting mode and I can definitely say it’s pathetic here in Chicago. Love you and keep posting your awesome videos ❤

Ha the topic on the condo and townhomes, it is not true what real estate agents said. I live in a condo and it is pretty beautiful and neighborhood is very well kept and the houses anytime they are on market they are sold in a two weeks time. It is a hot school district too.. but what I have read is condos are hot potatoes for downsizing and there isn’t enough .. specially for retirees and older couples its a blessing not to have to do snow removal or any landscaping..hence the exceptional demand to supply. Yours will also sell in no time

Payal dosa is very good for kids when they are sick, it’s very light on stomach and they can eat as it is and gives them some energy…
I feel if we have pets immunity of the child increases. I grew up with dogs in my house . We had two dogs when my daughter was born. Now we have a cat and touch wood like me my daughter also never had any any kind of health issue. As a dog lover I feel very happy to see you taking such good care of Rex. Just ignore such comments ..

I watch your vlogs because our lives are so similar. I live in the USA, 42 years old, my daughter is seven months younger than Sid and I too have a Shih Tzu 😂 I’m from Austin. The housing market here is insane 😂. Our homes in this part of the country are HUGE…about 4000 square feet minimum…and the houses fly off the market as soon as they’re advertised. Regarding washing machines, get a stand with it…it’s amazing for the back 😂

Make aam ras w the ataulfo or even just the reg large supermarket mangoes make sure they are v ripe like almost soft to touch don't pick like you pick fruit normally only then it'll be nice n sweet- n I make aam ras n keep in fridge then eat it w my veg dinners v staple specialty of our gujarat in mango season try it or you can just eat like dessert- custard😊
I love aam raas but this Indian mangoes are so expensive…. Clothes are cheap from then . The last mango I purchased was $60 which was too much I think

Yes, Payal di, this house scarcity is everywhere. In Atlanta, where we live, especially in our subdivision, the houses do not even hit the market, people are doing full cash payment, last house that sold, they did an entire 950K cash down.
Same here I have seen people paying million dollar house cash …. Don’t know how come people have so much cash after pendamic

Why don’t you buy frozen samosa those are fantastic. Haldiram anything frozen is great and if you have an air fryer it takes hardly a few minutes to make the best samosas for a cup of tea. Also look for garden lite frittata..its a delicious breakfast that you can again heat up in the air fryer. I work so our family has americanized a lot and we make long dinners or lunches on weekends. That traditional indian living is not something you can sustain in american life
@simplelivingwisethinking I understand your sentiments for Rex, our boston terrier is the love of our life. Many Indian people don’t and won’t share the same sentiments and its fine. I hope Rex enjoys and loves the new yard. Just make sure you have some home made tick and flea repellent handy like neem oil rubbed on him ..i stay away from bravecta etc those do more harm to the furbaby

Just wondering how you are still managing without washer/ dryer.. and its so expensive shelling out $500 already for repair..may be you can replace it anyway if you don't mind as it is a daily requirement. Just see if any good sales day are coming up on amazon or elsewhere. In India, I purchased from Amazon a good samsung automatic small machine-they sent a mechanic from company- installed in half an hour with demo. It was hassle free. Yeah you took a good call I feel, with Sid at home, he already looks better 🥰. Have a nice summer.. your garden looks fabulous and colourful !

Recipe for South Indian chutney:
1. Add ¾ cup coconut to a blender jar. You can use fresh or frozen.
2. Add 1½ to 2 tablespoons fried gram. It is also known as roasted gram.
3. 1 to 2 green chilies, 1/8 inch ginger,salt as per taste now grind them to fine paste
4. Do the regular tadka in one pan add oil /mustard /curry leaves then put off the flame and then add that grounded coconut paste from jar
