I remember when the people couldn’t afford to live in La Jolla they lived in Del Mar. Now only the wealthy live there. Great little town but oh so pricy.

If you live closer to Del Mar Height up on the hill and farther from the beach it becomes a lot more affordable

I get to go there for free since my friends dad used to be a marine and we get to sit by the marine base

The housing market here must be loaded with obstacles because I am 1 Martinez and I'm in a shed sized room spending half my pay at! This is an obvious conflagration of terminologists. It's cost 3 generations of Delmars (Martinez are DelMar!) in the U.S.A. and most my life to pin these bubbles. Lucinda Williams.
