What do Cameroonians expect? The guy literally stole the country from underneath them and crowned himself in 1985. He was the sole candidate in that year's election and won 99.98% of the vote. I bet the 0.02% were the ones rolling in their grave.
He will get his way again because he has created a sense of fear and helplessness among Cameroonians which makes them very complacent people. Even when he reduced civil servant salaries by 60% they didn't do anything. On the other hand, I don't think a country leader who is more corrupt than Equatorial Guinea exists. Imagine the father and the son ruling a country and getting away with it.
