Today is my second day of working out to lose weight, Rock Lee, Zoro, and more have taught me to train hard so I hope to continue. Im happy to start this and I'm hopeful for my journey

Careful not to over do it. As that age u still have active growth plates, which you might be destroying. You are going to limit your height/length of bones
