I made this comment 3 years ago when I was really depressed, it was right around the time I lost my dad. music, and quotes like this one were components in propelling me forward instead of letting the darkness consume me. I know how it feels to be at your lowest low, and it warms my heart to randomly come back to this comment and see just how many people it's helped. it might just be a silly quote but I live by certain mantras, and truly believe words are powerful. it's why we have favorite artists and writers and poets, their wordplay touches us in a specific way because their energy aligns with ours and we have this sense of not feeling alone in our heads. not all of you were meant to get the quote but the ones that were, did.
wishing you all peace and love. things might not get better right away, but they can and *do* get easier, I promise. my mom always told me, "the universe will never give you something that you can't handle."

I like this song because I can feel my spirit attempt to separate from my body, and can feel the bindings tug, when I focus on it and the music really hard.
