I can see why Dylan is a winner...I feel it when he say that he always perform but not everyone listen...This is his dream and he really strive for it...when I first hear his voice I'm in love and it's always give me the impression that less is more,because this is the everyday song that I've love to hear. A kind of song that pampers you and make your whole day complete...And for Amy,she's a great singer,pretty gorgeous and fabulous too. Both are great!

"idol" is not singing competition (unlike the "voice" or got "talent") but primarily based on cultural clout (guitar, country etc), idolatry or "idolize." so it basically is difficult to idolize somebody who (identity -wise) difficult to relate with.

BEST IDOL EVER!!! So much incredible talent! ... Even though I was all for Denvah, Country is a Niche market and no doubt not going to get as many votes as a more mainstream artist. I'd be straight over to live in Nashville if I was Denvah with her amazing Idol showreel! ... Big Congrats to Dylan. We hear a lot about youth crime on the news. Dylan won for obvious reason, because he's an Australian and this is an Australian show being voted by Australian public.
Dylan will fade into obscurity because that's nothing distinctive about his voice and there are thousands of singers who can sing and sound better. Dylan no doubt is such a nice and humble person, but that's that.
Amy, on the other hand will go on to bigger things, she's a superstar in the making.
Remember Adam Lambert from American Idol 2009? He finished 2nd to Kris Allen but went on to achieved much much greater success.
It will be the same with Australian Idol 2024.

Top 3 are incredible singers. The best top 2 too they deserve it. Im a fan of Ripley but i also love Amy not only because she's half filipino but she's a superstar. She can sing any genre.. I also love Dylan.. from the audition i know he'll be the last man standing. He made me cry in his performances he's an idol. No doubt about that❤❤❤
In fairnes both are very good singers. At the start and the last final show based on my eyes and ears the best of all the best singer no other than Amy. She flex her voice and very spectacular and that was very good performance.Amy the final song was very powerful. On the other hand,Dylan performance was thesame also to Amy but his final song was not powerful.

If the judges will decide Amy will win 100percent but because of the votes she lost bcoz not all filipinos in australia votes for Amy even if they votes they are few compared to the Australians.

I can’t believe Australians do not see who the best singer among the two Amy and Dylan. Amy has an outstanding performance since the first day of the contest through the end.
