Is the lace you used on the tidal a stretch lace?

Yep, it's also a stretch lace, very similar in stretch as the main knit🥰

Do you wash the fabric before making the tanks and dresses?

Absolutely, I prewash all of my fabric. For wovens, i always serge the cut edges to keep it from freying.
