Kell's thoughts - Awesome ride with power to burn. Incredible range and some of the best brakes in the business. VERY smooth ride.The 11 inch wheels make a HUGE difference. His only small gripes were that it is a bit heavy to lift and the stem mechanism does not lock into place when folded down.

Hi can anyone help with my 11X please? What exactly is the voltage cut-off and why is it set at 52 V when it's 72 V?? Unsure why and of the cut-off purpose. Also, what should the magnetic setting be set to and why. Thanks for your help in advance.

cut off voltage is to protect the battery from over discharge which is dangerous as li-ion likes to catch fire
