Hello friends
Today we are making Malabar Special Snack, Sweet Chatti Pathiri. Its made with Maida and Eggs... Just try and enjoy the taste..! Happy Cooking..!!
Ingredients
Maida - 1 Cup
Eggs - 8 Nos
Coconut Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 2 Tsp Full
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Black Cumin - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Ghee - 2 Tsp
Shallots - 4 nos chopped
Cashews and Raisins

Greetings from Bangalore. Very interesting recipe.
I have listened carefully to understand what you say as my Tamil knowledge is minimum. After watching several of your videos on puttu and pathiri, I think I have understood.
I have a question though. Can we bake the pathiri in the oven instead of cooking on a tawa?I I would bake this at 180*C for about 20 to 25 minutes. Will it affect the texture or outcome?
