welcome to my Lets Platinum series , this time im doing Devil May Cry 1 HD Collection , playing it On PS4 as im trying to Platinum DMC1 and its still my favorite .

this is a mini guide on how to get the all secret missions .
in this video ill show you the location for the secret mission for mission 16
** Stairway of Tranquility **
A large group of Sargassos form a "staircase" to a Blue Orb Fragment floating high in the air, with the idea being to Enemy Step up them. The Fragment is between the last pair of Sargassos, with the idea to get to the final Sargasso and then jump back to it. On Easy Automatic or Normal, the Sargassos will not attack, only turning to face Dante and laughing at him if he fails to climb the staircase on his first try. On higher difficulties they can leave their positions to attack, though since this means they will try to swarm Dante this can actually make the mission easier since the front part of the "staircase" can be pulled under the high end so Dante can ascend vertically.
Otherwise, the only real tricks here are to have Air Hike if possible for a little extra air control and the ability to get enough height to skip the final Sargasso, and to not equip Ifrit if the player has purchased Rolling Blaze, since this will eventually kill the Sargassos and thus limit the number of attempts the player has

** Shadow of Darkness **
This mission is found in Mission 16. Starting the mission requires Dante to return to the workshop room with the biplane after defeating Nightmare.
The mission requires Dante to locate and defeat four Shadows which are hiding in the nearby rooms and will not take action unless Dante moves close to them or attacks them. Two of the Shadows are in the starting room, hiding up on the wing of the biplane: the best way to deal with these is to fire a single shot up at them from near the doorway, which should activate one but not the other.
The next Shadow is hiding in the entrance hall, up on the platform where the second Blue Orb Fragment was located in Mission 1.
The final Shadow is through the other door of the entrance hall, in the portcullis room leading to the drawbridge. Once the last Shadow is defeated, the Blue Orb Fragment will drop down from the ceiling.

Do you need to do all secret missions in one playthrough for the trophy?

No you split them in other modes , I did all on normal except critical hit on hard , it’s better to do them on normal so you can be stronger on hard n must die modes
