Thanks for the example, doing mine today. But, out of curiosity, what is the usb dongle you have plugged in? If that's your solution for android / ios wireless, i'm curious.
There are solutions out there but that's just a USB thumdrive I had plugged in for MP3 music.

Great video and content on your page! Can you confirm the grey bezel around the shifter is removable? I want to buy that same ultrasuede shift boot assembly but I’d like to add the carbon fiber bezel. If it’s just the 2 screws you can see in the video that would be perfect
Yes, it is removable. I've just added a quick video on this. It's just 4 screws and 4 tabs, pretty easy.

At that point, only the shift boot is left on the bezel. The shift boot just slide on the tabs on the bezel. There is no glue. You can see me peel it back on the video. Does the trim piece/bezel you're looking at not include the tabs for the boot and it's just a top piece or something?
I just double checked. The bezel and tabs that holds the shift boot is one piece. You can't disassemble it further than that. You either need a carbon fiber bezel with those tabs or it has to be an overlay.
