I did my biometric. I opted for premium service and paid Rs. 3380 . They said usually visa stamping can take one month whereas premium lounge takes a week only but still I don't know further process .
That's a lie everybody falls for
Stamping takes 10-30 days depending on your location and VFS just delivers your passport not stamp it or expedite the process
In short, you pay one side of courier fee (~600) and rest (2780) you pay for sitting in premium lounge for a few minutes

Today was my appointment @vfs delhi. Timing slot was 10:45 am. I reached @10:30 waited for a few minutes, went in, the person on the counter asked whether I wanted premium/normal. I took normal, I asked I wanted to avail sms service he said that you can apply later on your email. I asked what the charge, he replied 1150. I was like wow đđđđ. Then I just sat in the waiting area, waited for 7-8 mins for my turn, went in, biometric was done and I was out. No need for premium service that is bullshit. They don't have anything to do with your visa arrival, it's clearly mentioned in the consent form.

For Uk Premium lounges cost rs.26882 and after that rs. 5459 and then general of rs.2500 incl sms,courier and scanning charges. They don't tell abt 2500, they gave only 2 option. If you will not choose from super premium and premium lounge they will tell you go back and join the lane again and wait for 15min. VFS is like that. In premium lounges they give you water as beverage.Fooling people.

I got my biometrics done today. I opted for Premium service and paid 3100 Rs, as they said that visa stamping might take 1 month normally but premium service will only take about a week. Hence i took it.

Why do they make fraud statements like file processing will be fast, it will be better for Jan intake and all as it's not said anywhere that VFS is responsible for File processing. Or do they delay Biometric submission of those who don't apply for PL services..just to raise few fraud examples that PL helps fast file processing??

I was roaming for 2-3 hrs outside the destination, as I was outsider from different city...and many were. ..they didn't let us enter till 20 mins were left on watch. Then on the reception they tell about these facilities + some fraud fast file processing statements. I said no for PL...went inside... sit for a minute for my token, went inside the biometric room (there were Dozen of rooms for just that only) and done in 5 minutes. So overall it took 5-6 minutes.
But there were few Jo fast service wale statement mein phass Gaye, kuch Ameer NoNae bacche bhi. Mostly HiFi girls and kamm Umar ke bacche phass Gaye aur apna process aur lengthy karva liya. Woh khadde payment and service confirmation ki wait he karte reh Gaye..aur woh bhi khaddae khaddae...aur main 6 min mein kaam khatam Kar 15 mein baad 400 rupae ki fully premium Volvo bus mein baith 4 hrs mein, LCD pe 2 movies dekhte dekhte Ghar pahauch gaya.

File processing is in Hands of Host country's Visa officers and arrangements by their government. But, the guy on the reception desk literally said that it will be beneficial for Jan Intakes..and then mixed the statement with something first come first serve and all.. + explained one side charges and other things in a single breath smartly.
I was aware of everything so I said No to it.
But, they shouldn't make such statements to magnetize the crowd to opt for PL.
There is a scam which is going on in Ahmedabad VFS global Canada in which the guy who explains about premium and non premium service will say that there is a charge of 2000rs for non premium service and in 3070 rs you can get premium service ,he will say it's a matter of just 1100rs and suggest to go for premium but lemme tell you there are not any charges for non premium/normal service. So I will suggest everyone to go for non premium service only and don't lose your hard earned money for a 5 mins sitting in lounge and SMS service because it doesn't even matter.

I opted normal n got ppr in 10 days. Biometric updated same day. Its all myth..vfs is only conducting biometric not responsible for any visa outcome or processing. Please dont fall prey to it
I have been told that the passport pickup and drop time will be 5 days on taking up premium service. Also, we have to pay just one side courier. Also, I got late by 1 hour so I have been asked to take premium service else I had to rebook d appointment
It also happend with my friend. He was late and they told him he have to have this premium service...

There was nothing. No juice or coffee even they do not provide water. Magazines and newspapers slot was empty so i haven't got one. Actually they pretend to give you VIP service but they dont.
I was told I will get PPR in just 72 hrs if and only if I pay 3k for the premium lounge. Else I have to wait for 20 days... It's a big scam!
